16-Month Hebrew Calendar:
The Jewish, or Hebraic, calendar differs from the Gregorian calendar we use today. It is based on three cycles: the earth’s daily rotation, the moon’s monthly orbit (about 29½ days), and the earth’s annual journey around the sun (365¼ days). Because of these differences, biblical holidays do not always fall on the same Gregorian dates each year but remain consistent on the Hebraic calendar.
Jewish feast days begin at sundown the evening before and end at sundown the day of the holiday, aligning with the biblical concept of a day starting at sundown.
At Curt Landry Ministries, we joyfully observe the feasts of the Lord as outlined in Leviticus 23. These are God’s appointed times, set apart for His people. By honoring these seasons, we believe we enter into His divine order and receive the blessings He has promised.
