These beautiful handcrafted, one-of-a-kind mezuzahs are individually carved from a solid piece of olive wood from trees grown in the land of Israel.

Made exclusively for My Olive Tree, each mezuzah is carefully hand carved with the traditional letter Shin, which is reflective of the name of God, ‘El Shaddai,’ often translated as, ‘God Almighty.’ Space is carved out on the back of each mezuzah that will hold a piece of paper to be gently rolled and inserted. This paper contains the words of Deuteronomy 6 — “Hear of Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is One…” — as a daily reminder that as you come and go from your dwelling place, the Lord’s presence is always with you.

Each mezuzah is approximately 6” in length x 1.25” wide x 1” high.

The mezuzah is a physical reminder that the Lord dwells with and in you—both outside of our homes as our Protector, and inside our homes, as we rest in His presence. It is a reminder of the command in Deuteronomy 6:4-9…

“Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one! You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength… And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up… You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.”
